Step 1: If you've been living under a rock then lucky you. For the rest of us, surviving in a post-pandemic world with travel restrictions, multiple strains of the virus and all while the world struggles with civil unrest has us all looking like this... It's understandable...hell, even I contemplated the need to leave the house on multiple occasions simply from the stupid things outside my door. TLDR, I personally avoid everything... STEP 2: ? This post is simply to remind those that have followed my art/music and more that I am still here and while I am mostly silent on social media, I'm simply working on new things. It's hard for me because as an artist, I see other creators constantly online and I try to balance work and home life to a healthy divide but sometimes it means something lacks somewhere else. Don't worry though. I'm not dead and I haven't stopped creating things. What's the V^Z Project? You may have heard me mention it before but what is it? As most of you may know, I do all of my own music production, mixing, mastering, graphic design, merchandising, marketing, web design and more and that's all exhausting. Kids Should Thrive Kids Should Thrive is an American child advocacy/fundraising organization and clothing brand owned and operated by HaXxXo VtotheZ ; U.S.M.C. Veteran, Musician, Graphic Artist, Clothing Designer and Content Creator. Kids Should Thrive began as a Facebook community action group founded by HaXxXo VtotheZ to help defend against San Die go Unified School District's decision to close down Thrive Public Schools . After attending the SDUSD Board Meeting in April 2019 {1st Clip , 2nd CLip }, HaXxXo VtotheZ realized that the group's efforts to protect San Diego Charter Schools would be in vain without ample publicity and support from the community so he founded the organization to bring the board's actions to light. Thrive Public Schools was eventually closed despite the group's efforts due to lack of engagement from many affected parents and school staff so the organization now focuses on spreading awareness about the importance of individualized learning and the deeper connection that students can have with teachers that take a real interest in their educational development in an effort to prevent future schools from suffering the same fate as Thrive Public Schools.
